The Portugal Digital Summit returns to the Centro de Congressos de Lisboa on October 21–22 to explore the future of the digital economy and technology's impact on organizations and society. This year's edition focuses on "The Age of AI Agents: The New Engine of the Digital Economy", examining how artificial intelligence is reshaping business models, skills, and the way we work.
Alongside a booth where innovation will have a special recipe, allowing attendees to learn more about Noesis and its areas of expertise, the company will be represented by Nelson Pereira, CTO, and Rodolfo Luis Pereira, Head of Pre-Sales and Strategic Advisory, in two sessions featured on the event agenda.
Rodolfo Luis Pereira will deliver the talk "The Intelligence–Consciousness Gap in Leadership", exploring the relationship between the growing capabilities of artificial intelligence and leadership's role in setting priorities, making decisions, and guiding organizations.
Nelson Pereira will join the panel discussion "The New Leadership Playbook: Leading People, AI Agents and Continuous Change", alongside representatives from Sogrape Vinhos, Galp, and OrgShift Advisory. The discussion will explore the challenges of leading a workplace where people and AI agents work side by side, covering topics such as change management, talent development, and the human skills needed to navigate this transformation.
Bringing together more than 150 experts from Portugal and around the world, the Portugal Digital Summit provides a platform to discuss how organizations can respond to the changes driven by artificial intelligence and prepare their leaders and teams for a new era of work.
